I have always loved the outdoors. While a child, you could find me somewhere outside - sports, rollerblading, walking, biking, gardening.
Over the years, especially with hockey, but now also with cycling and hiking I have found the importance of using food as fuel. My goal is to help you start a healthy nutrition plan or to help you further achieve specific goals for performance.
I still love gardening and I find this aspect so important in making sure I provide myself and family with the best nutrition that's home grown - meaning - I know what went into producing my fruits/vegetables. I love sharing this experience and knowledge with others.
