Roasted Cashews
I did this recipe as a Holiday snack. It proved to me how simple, easy, and nutritious roasting our own cashews can be!
Ingredients
Raw Cashews
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
On a cookie sheet spread out the cashews
(To make cleaning easier - you can place foil or parchment paper on top of the cookie sheet)
Bake for 10-15 minutes
I did this as a simple recipe, you could add seasoning to the cashews such as garlic powder, turmeric, cumin, cinnamon, nutmeg, etc depending on the flavor you are going for. The fresh out of the oven roasted flavor is perfect on it’s own!
